★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to compliment two distinguished staff members at Lifeline, Glennisha and Zach, who repaired my smoke alarms on May 19th. Both were very dedicated even while the alarms kept malfunctioning, and kept trying until it was successfully fixed.
Glennisha's sweet and caring manner was just what was I needed when I was becoming increasingly anxious. She went above and beyond to check on me, and make sure everything was OK. Zach was super knowledgeable and professional. I'm so grateful for all his support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, with all the five star reviews we thought it would be great to work with them unfortunately I was unhappy with our interaction on quotes and pricing. After consulting another company I realized how overpriced the quotation was. Also since the annual report was about sprinklers and extinguishers they should have stuck to reporting that in the proposal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't follow procedures. Didn't knock and entered a unit just with a key and then was rude when asked to follow proper procedures of knocking first.
Edit: nope, wasn't security since the one I interacted with was the one testing the devices. Yes, it was one of the staff with the key, but it wasn't the staff that was rude. He knew he made a mistake and didn't say anything, it was the technician that replied rudely.
How do I know this? Because the fire alarm test woke me up and I was by the door as they entered without knocking. Next time there's an unwelcome stranger walking into your home and speaking to you rudely, you can go ahead and welcome them with open arms and let me know how it went. Until then, the review stays.

We signed 3 year contract and thanks to them and outstanding knowledge our building is under mandatory fire code! Also, great quotes/prices and they make them self available for any questions concerns that I might have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own and live in a four storey townhouse in Toronto that has an active sprinkler system throughout. I was lucky enough to find Lifeline Fire Protection who were able and willing to repair a residential property. I dealt with Gus at LFP who was not only very accommodating but had the tech Anthony out to my house within the hour. Anthony was a super nice guy who went out of his way to pick up parts he did not have in his truck. Not many residential folks calling for sprinkler repair. The job was finished quickly and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They made a stressful day almost a pleasure.
