★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You changed your hours without changing posted time on website or advising 1-800 general info line? How rude and inconvenient. I go another day without results [Dr. is waiting for] and have to leave during work day to accommodate your reduced hours. Very poor business practice, especially in the health sector.
