★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is literally the most disorganized lab I've ever been to. Waited 2 hours for my appointment only to find out they can't find any of the paperwork. If there was an option to give them less than one star, I would have. Don't waste your time here.

If you have an appointment you shouldn't have to stand in the hallway with your 87 year old parent waiting.
Once u get in everything goes well and they are very professional
I think their processing need to be reviewed

People are very professional and courteous but this is ridiculous

Plus it's in the same building as my Family Doctor which helps quite a bit⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⚕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say they are doing shots every 10mins..then why are we standing in the hall for a two three hours .We all unstand that they are very busy but a chair would be nice. I would like to say thank you kim she was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at this location are very kind and helpful. WARNING- Be prepared they charge for parking and debit cards do not work in the machine. I got a nice threatening letter today they should fix their machine or buy a new one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The screener was very kind and helpful. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s a hit or miss whether the phlebotomist treats you like a bother or is kind. There is paid parking, if you’re not okay with that there’s one with free parking down the road.
