Life on the Hill - Rimbey

At Life on the Hill, we aim to inspire and support you as you discover your higher self. 

My name in Nancy. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and wife to an extremely supportive husband. 

I spent most of my life with my ego at the helm, navigating my circumstances in a way that was largely self-serving and disingenuous. However, it eventually became apparent that this way of showing up in the world actually wasn't only not serving me, but it wasn't serving those around me, many who count on me and who I love the most. I was in constant turmoil and I knew there had to be more to life than what I was experiencing. 

It all started by acknowledging and being aware that I wanted and needed to change. From there, I took baby steps. I practiced gratitude. I meditated. I journalled. I took every opportunity to learn from emotionally open and elevated individuals, through podcasts, books, and any other means available. I had hard conversations with myself and those around me. I gave myself permission to feel. I found ways to deal with those feelings and then possibly most importantly, I found and continue to find, ways of healing.

My journey has taken place over the course of a two year period and now, finally, for the first time in my life, I look at myself in the mirror and see someone who I truly love smiling back at me. 

At Life on the Hill, our goal is to make you comfortable and make you feel like you are exactly where you need to be on your own journey. Life on the Hill is a place of release. It is a place to find the answers within yourself to better your life. It is  a place to relax and take a moment to quiet your mind, reflect, and find the gratitude that is required to appreciate all of life's blessings. 

I have had the great honor of having people in my life who were there for me every step of the way. They held no judgment against me as I found new ways approaching life and searched for healing. These people loved me no matter the situation and supported me as I worked to understand myself. I'll never know where I would be without this support system. I want to hope that I would still have wound up as a more healed, more whole version of myself, but I know with certainty, the journey would have been magnitudes more difficult. 

My mission is to be a small piece in your puzzle as you explore your own healing and self elevation. On our own, we are all small pieces, but together, we are whole. I can't wait to meet you, support you, and share with you as you journey to meet your higher self.
