J’ai accidentellement réservé un roman en vérifiant sa disponibilité sans m’en rendre compte, ce qui m’a valu des frais pour ne pas avoir honoré ma réservation à temps. Deuxièmement, on m’avait informée qu’il était possible de renouveler l’emprunt d’un roman en ligne. Lorsque j’ai voulu le faire, un autre usager avait réservé mon roman, ce qui m’empêchait de renouveler. J’ai du payer des frais de retard jusqu’à ce que je revienne de voyage. Je garde un souvenir plutôt déplaisant de ma visite à la bibliothèque malheureusement.
Very disappointed with the procedures during my first experience with the library. First, the website is very poorly designed. I accidentally booked a novel by checking its availability without realizing it, which earned me a fee for not honoring my reservation on time. Secondly, I was informed that it was possible to renew the loan of an online novel. When I wanted to do it, another user had reserved my novel, which prevented me from renewing. I had to pay late fees until I returned from travel. I have a rather unpleasant memory of my visit to the library unfortunately.
