★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of graphic novels is always impressive, and D&Q definitely works hard to include authors & illustrators from diverse backgrounds. I also appreciate the non fiction section -- from gardening to political philosophy to cook books, D&Q crams a lot into a small shop.

I needed some books as gifts and one call is all it took for them to place the order and they let me know when they would arrive as they were currently out of stock online however they were able to verify availability with their suppliers. Updates were easy to get and I got the books with plenty of time to spare. Just a pleasure to speak to the staff as they were so nice and helpful, strange how I take that for granted now that I could actually speak to someone with one phone call.

I arrived there at 5:55pm on the day of a friend birthday trying to find a comic book from his favorite author.
The staff member kept telling me, store close in 4 min , then 3.. doing the countdown next to me as I was trying to concentrate finding what I came for.
Despite telling her what kind of book I was looking for, she didn’t tell me where the specific section was or ask me more infos , she turned the light off 2 min before closing hour, then told me it is closed, so she makes sure she won’t work one extra minute of her day to help someone..
Even at the drug store you get a better experience when you arrive late on time.
