After reading several great reviews I phoned Liberty Tax on Osborne and spoke with Iryna. I can't say enough about how thorough and professional Iryna has been. She explained everything in detail and took her time. I did not hesitate to go back when 2017 tax returns came up and even sent more clients her way. I will continue to take my business here.
2020 - New Ownership, review based on past Owner. Very different service now. Will update shortly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did an excellent job and helped me how to maximize my return, I went to other liberty tax in the past and they didn't let me know of credits that I was eligible for. Iryna is very knowledgeable. She informed me of past returns that were not filed to there full potential. They sent in a adjustment and I actually just got a check in the mail from prior years
Highly recommend this specific location go do your taxes there

We went to her because we read some good google reviews, and we will definitely be going back to her next year. She was so efficient, thorough, and explained everything as she went. I truly believe she did everything she could to get us the best return and we are so thankful for her knowledge, expertise and fantastic service!
