They have always offered great service, are very informative, always made me aware of items that I would be eligible to claim or items we could look into. I have never felt rushed, which puts me at ease, this shows me they are doing a thorough look at my information to maximize the return we all deserve. This is my 9th year with Liberty Tax and I have already set up my file to be ready for next year :) Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ All staff I was involved with worked their hardest to get my back-taxes done as I was behind 3 years. I have never done my own taxes my exhusband did them so they were very patient with me. Explained what documents I needed and every step of the way. Very helpful and professional. I trust them. I got refunded stuff I never knew I was eligible for! ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I WILL BE USING LIBERTY TAX SERVICE AGAIN FOR SURE.

I have had to ask him questions and he has always replied promptly. I have confidence in having him do my taxes and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very pleased indeed.

โ โ โ โ โ This was our first time using liberty tax, we were able to work with Greg who has been doing taxes for many years and was very well-versed in the tax language. Greg did both my husband and my personal taxes and didnโt charge us an arm and a leg! This was such a Wonderful surprise for us, as we had been frustrated over the years using another service which we felt had been severely over charging us for years. Liberty tax was professional, courteous, and did our taxes in a timely manner. We will be going back to do our corporate taxes at the end of July and will be using Jay for this service. I look forward to doing another review at that time. Iโve read Jayโs reviews and Iโm excited that we have somebody so knowledgable to work with in that area as well. I have always had tax time, but this company actually made the process relatively stress-free. I look forward to years of continued service working with this company. Thank you Greg!

Gregg and his team are amazing and helped me close an old g.s.t account I actually never needed in the first place for my small business.
