He gave his word and kept it throughout the process, He even made some modifications my wife asked for even after we had struck a deal and made her very happy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitchen project was delayed multiple times and never once did the owner tell me what was going on or when the install would happen. The lower cabinets weren't installed properly (not even close to being level) which messes up the install of the countertops. Oh and they forgot to make side panels for a couple cabs and told me he'd make them right away. Guess what? Never heard from him for another month and I had to track him down. The owner always had an excuse. I kindly asked for a reduction on the remaining balance since the install wasn't great to which he said I am trying to screw him over and blamed me and my contractor for the issues. I was very patient and understanding throughout this whole experience until he essentially called me a liar. Luciano, you really need to learn about customer service bud.
