I guess it was a misunderstanding ,but i appreciate the fact that they got back to me to rectify things and take ownership of the situation . well done guys .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there, knowed nothing about 3-D printing, needed help to build a prototype I had in mind and received more than I could have hope for. 3-D printing is not magic. It has some limitations that you have to deal with. They not only gave me good advice, they helped me find better approaches to solve my design problems. They have your success at heart. They made me save a lot of work and were honest enough to tell me where I was wrong and why. With them, I learned how to think in 3-D. I'll most certainly go there for my next invention.
