Négligence, impolitesse, non respect des normes de sécurité de l'établissement, manque de professionnalisme & j'en skip une bonne gagne !
Également voleurs, malgré leurs supposés "succès"!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une compagnie de gestion immobilière qui ne répond pas aux besoins ni aux questions des locataires... Selon moi, ils ne devraient même pas avoir de licence et tous les locataires devraient participer à un recours collectif pour leur retirer le droit d'exercer. Ils sont aussi agressifs que qu'incompétents. Les propriétaires qui font appel à eux et sont satisfaits font parties des causes de la crise du logement actuelle.
A property management company that does not respond to tenants' needs or questions... In my opinion, they shouldn't even have a license and all tenants should participate in a class action lawsuit to disqualify them. They are as aggressive as they are incompetent. The owners who call on them and are satisfied are part of the causes of the current housing crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai que des problèmes avec eux. Ils ne répondent JAMAIS à tes messages. Tu peux leur écrire un courriel et les appeler, mais ensuite ils feront rien sur la situation. J'ai aussi rencontré le propriétaire et il n'est pas du tout ouvert à aider et il n'a aucun respect pour ses locataires. Ils ne font pas leur travail, à quoi ça sert d'avoir un propriétaire de logement si tu ne peux pas les rejoindre et recevoir de l'aide lorsque nécessaire. Nous avons eu des problèmes d'insects durant l'été et la seule réponse que nous avons eu après plusieurs appels et courriels envoyé a été de faire un mélange de sucre et de bicarbonate de soudre par nous-même (et bien sur cela n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons dû contacter des spécialistes à nos frais qui nous ont aidé avec la situation). C'est insultant. Si vous pouvez éviter ces gens je vous le conseil fortement!
I only have problems with them. They NEVER respond to your messages. You can write them an email and call them, but then they won't do anything about the situation. I also met the landlord and he is not at all open to help and he has no respect for his tenants. They're not doing their job, what's the point of having a landlord if you can't reach them and get help when needed. We had bug problems over the summer and the only response we got after several calls and emails was to make a sugar and baking soda mix ourselves (and of course that didn't). did not work, we had to contact specialists at our expense who helped us with the situation). It's insulting. If you can avoid these people I highly recommend it!

Merci pour le suivi. Il nous était impossible de visiter l'appartement du a la distance et au court délai, Mon fils vous a demandé a plusieurs reprise d'avoir un vidéo de l'appartement ou plus de photo. Vous n'aviez que les photos sur le site... qui n'était pas le bon appartement. Le vidéo n'a jamais été envoyé! Les photos montrait un premier étage avec une porte patio, de grande fenêtre, un balcon et une belle salle de bain complètement rénové... et la réalité c'était un demi sous-sol... avec deux petite fenêtre et une salle de bain qui a grandement besoin d'être rénové, des portes d'armoire manquante dans un piteuse état. Il n'avait aucune mention dans l'annonce a l'effect que les photo étaient a titre indicatif..et que l'appartement pouvait être légèerement différent. .Effectivement ensuite, vous avez offert d'autres appartements... qui ne correspondait pas. Il y avait seulement deux critère demandé....dont avoir un stationnement.. et aucun des logements offert n'avait de stationnement! C'est mon avis et je voulais la partager pour éviter a d'autre de se faire avoir comme nous pensant que vous étiez une entreprise fiable!
Use their services only if you really have to and have no other option. Very bad company, it is not possible to trust them for nothing!
Thank you for following. It was impossible for us to visit the apartment due to the distance and the short delay, My son asked you several times to have a video of the apartment or more photos. You only had the photos on the website...which was the wrong apartment. The video was never sent! The photos showed a first floor with a patio door, large window, a balcony and a beautiful completely renovated bathroom... and the reality was a half-basement... with two small windows and a bathroom. bath that badly needs to be renovated, missing cabinet doors in a sorry state. There was no mention in the ad to the effect that the photos were for information only...and that the apartment could be slightly different. .Indeed then, you offered other apartments... which did not correspond. There were only two criteria requested....including having parking...and none of the accommodations offered had parking! This is my opinion and I wanted to share it to prevent others from being fooled like us thinking that you were a reliable company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other reviews are sadly very true. Stay as far away as you can from these crooks. They take advantage of people who don't know the area very well (mostly new students): they say their apartments are "newly renovated", but in reality, they simply cut corners and make the apartment look good during the 10 minutes you come to see the place. Once you move in, you will have a multitude of problems. What do you do in that case? Call them? No, they never answer the phone, even the emergency line! Email them? They'll only answer sometimes, and often just say they put in a service request, which effectively means they threw your request in the trash. I have a feeling the owner forces his employees not to do any reparations or respond to issues with the aim of saving as much money as possible and exploiting vulnerable people who cannot afford to take them to court. Do yourself a favor and stay away, so you won't be the next one giving them a 1-star review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a complete lack of respect for peoples time. Every time I’ve ever visited an apartment I’ve been called to confirm. It was apparently my responsibility to call them to confirm an appointment. I waited at the apartment for an hour waiting only to be told I had to call 1 hour before the visit. Something I was never told in advance and obviously would have done instead of wasting my time waiting. Needless to say I never got to see the apartment. Plus when on the phone the agent was very rude and condescending. They’re trash.
