J’ai eu affaire à plusieurs agences (réputées) par le passé mais jamais je n’ai reçu un tel service humain et professionnel. C’est Nadia Laperrière qui s’est occupée de mon dossier. Même si le processus a été long, Nadia est restée tout le long à l’écoute de mes besoins sans jamais mettre aucune pression. Elle a travaillé très fort jusqu’à ce que j’obtienne un poste qui correspondait en tout point à mes (très grandes) attentes. J’étais au départ à l’emploi d’une autre agence pour un mandat temporaire et son énorme travail m’a permis de décrocher un emploi permanent correspondant en tout point à ce que je cherchais. Un fait très important, c’est que tout le long du processus, je n’ai eu à aucun moment l’impression de faire affaire avec un « chasseur de tête » qui recherchait le profit, bien au contraire. Je n’ai jamais été une source potentielle de revenus mais un être humain qu’on tentait de satisfaire. Et le plus exceptionnel, c'est que même après mon embauche, Nadia a continué de m'écrire pour s'assurer que j'étais satisfait de mon nouvel emploi. Un très gros merci à toi Nadia ! Si aujourd’hui je suis si heureux, c’est grâce à toi. Impressive and impeccable quality of service. I have dealt with several (reputable) agencies in the past but I have never received such human and professional service. It was Nadia Laperrière who took care of my file. Even if the process was long, Nadia remained attentive to my needs throughout without ever putting any pressure. She worked very hard until I got a job that fully met my (very high) expectations. I was initially employed by another agency for a temporary mandate and their enormous work allowed me to land a permanent job corresponding in all respects to what I was looking for. A very important fact is that throughout the process, I never had the impression of doing business with a "headhunter" who was looking for profit, quite the contrary. I was never a potential source of income but a human being who was trying to be satisfied. And the most exceptional thing is that even after I was hired, Nadia continued to write to me to make sure that I was satisfied with my new job. A very big thank you to you Nadia! If today I am so happy, it is thanks to you.
