Cependant nous avons été facturé pour des frais de déplacements du technicien qui a dû retourner chercher une pièce , pourtant nous avions précisé ce dont on avait besoin. Comme nous avons un déjà dossier , nous étions surpris que le technicien se présente sans la bonne pièce et plus grande surprise encore lors de la réception facture :très très élevée . Après discussion on a réussi à faire diminuer le montant qui reste encore trop élevé.
Client déçu et encore sous le choc de cette surfacturation .
Satisfactory service. However, we were billed for travel expenses for the technician who had to return to get a part, yet we had specified what we needed. As we already have a file, we were surprised that the technician appeared without the right part and even more surprise when receiving the invoice: very very high. After discussion we managed to reduce the amount which is still too high.
Client disappointed and still in shock from this overcharging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could hand them bonus stars, they would certainly have them. The service was top-notch from beginning to end, from the sales rep, Cindy, to the technician who installed the door, Pierre-Luc. Not once did I see him on his cell and he worked non-stop.
The after-service was executed in less than 48 hours too and, again, it was GREAT!
