On me répond immédiatement que l'on pourra prendre rendez-vous chez moi lorsque la neige aura fondu pour faire l'évaluation. Et on ajoute qu'ils ont déjà beaucoup de conifères en stock. Après deux courriels et un appel téléphonique, on fini par me répondre qu'on doit d'abord satisfaire les clients réguliers qui ont fait leur demande il y a un an et qu'on doit extraire les arbres avant le débourrement des feuilles (euh, des feuilles pour des conifères ?). Et pour finir, on m'invite à venir voir directement à la pépinière. Mais je ne peux pas venir voir des conifères qui m'intéressent avant de savoir si mon terrain est adéquat ! Car comme il est en pente, je préférais avoir l'estimation avant (ce qu'on m'avait promis de faire dès la neige fondue). Je suis très déçue du service à la clientèle offert. On aurait dû, suite à mon courriel de février, me dire que c'était déjà tard pour la demande du printemps. J'aurais ainsi su de quoi il en retournait. I wrote to this nursery last February to ask if they could plant trees on my land for the month of May. I am immediately told that we can make an appointment at my place when the snow has melted to do the evaluation. And we add that they already have a lot of conifers in stock. After two emails and a phone call, I was finally told that we must first satisfy the regular customers who made their request a year ago and that we must extract the trees before the leaves burst (er, leaves for conifers?). And finally, I am invited to come and see directly at the nursery. But I can't come and see conifers that interest me before I know if my land is suitable! Because as it is sloping, I preferred to have the estimate before (which I had been promised to do as soon as the snow melted). I am very disappointed with the customer service provided. They should have told me, following my email in February, that it was already late for the spring application. I would have known what it was all about.
