★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’aurais du vérifier les messages négatifs sur Google avant de faire affaire avec eux. Bref il ont quand même fait un bon travail mais ils ne m’ont laissé aucun aucun aucun morceaux de plancher flottant. Pourtant j’avais demandé des morceaux pour faire des petites réparations non rien aucun morceaux et pas d’explication suite a mon courriel aucune réponse de leur par , c’est vraiment pas professionnel.
I should have checked negative messages on Google before doing business with them. In short, they still did a good job but they left me no no pieces of floating floor. Yet I had asked for pieces to make small repairs no nothing and no explanation after my email no response from them, it's really not professional.

J'avais une entente pour environ 600 pieds carrées à 2.20 le pied carré pour un total de 1320$. En arrivant il mesure 550 pieds carrés et il me dit que le prix va être de 2.90 le pied carré, pour un total de 1600$. Je leur ai demandé de me charger 600 pieds carré à 2.20 mais il n'ont pas voulu. Le travail a été bien fait sauf qu'ils ont oublié de donner la 2ème couche dans un petit coin d'une pièce. Ils sont revenus et le travail est beau.
Very nice lady on the phone. Grumpy sandman (M. Daoust) who changes the price when he arrives on site. I had a deal for about 600 square feet at 2.20 per square foot for a total of $ 1320. When he arrives he measures 550 square feet and he tells me the price will be 2.90 per square foot, for a total of $ 1600. I asked them to charge me 600 square feet at 2.20 but they wouldn't. The job was well done except they forgot to give the 2nd coat in a small corner of a room. They came back and the work is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premièrement les sableurs sont arrivés deux heures en retard. Sans appeler. Ça commence mal. En plus les gars étaient hyper fatigués avant de commencer le travail. Quand j'ai regardé la première fois le travail final qui a été fait en avril 2018 dans l'appartement je me suis dit : c'est une belle job ! Mais quand j'ai regardé plus près, ouille, j'ai vu que toutes les craques n'avaient pas été bouchées. Et pourtant nous l'avions demandé à la personne qui sablait le plancher et à la secrétaire. Déception !!! Le patron de l'entreprise nous a dit qu'on a jamais demandé de boucher toutes les craques ! Il a vu le travail de ses employés cet après-midi, je lui ai montré les nombreux endroits ou des craques et même des trous n'ont pas été bouchés. Tout ce qu'il a trouvé à dire c'est vous avez demandé qu'on ne remplisse pas toutes les craques !! C'est dommage parce qu' avec cette entreprise je me suis rendu compte que la satisfaction du client ne compte pas beaucoup. Si vous voulez refaire vos planchers et que vous voulez avoir un travail vraiment bien fait tel que vous l'avez demandé je vous suggère fortement de le faire inscrire sur le contrat.
First the sanders arrived two hours late. Without calling. It begins badly. In addition the guys were super tired before starting work. When I first looked at the final work that was done in April 2018 in the apartment, I said to myself: this is a great job! But when I looked closer, ouch, I saw that not all the cracks had been sealed. And yet we had asked the person who sanded the floor and the secretary. Disappointment !!! The boss of the company told us that we were never asked to seal all the cracks! He saw the work of his employees this afternoon, I showed him the many places where cracks and even holes have not been filled. All he had to say was you asked that we don't fill in all the cracks!! It's a shame because with this company I realized that customer satisfaction doesn't matter much. If you want to redo your floors and you want to have a job really well done as you asked for it, I strongly suggest that you have it listed on the contract.

Si vous voulez savoir l histoire c’est que le plancher a mal été sablé et ils ont dû le reprendre, mais ils ont tellement sablés que la marqueterie levaient ( il restait juste 1/8 po d épaisseur.)
Donc j ai dû changer le plancher en totalité et payer votre facture pour un sablage qui m a coûter 1,200$ + un plancher neuf. Coût de cette expérience 5,800$ ?.

If you want to know the story it's that the floor was badly sanded and they had to take it back, but they sanded so much that the marquetry was lifting (it was just 1/8 inch thick.)
So I had to change the entire floor and pay your bill for sanding which cost me $1,200 + a new floor. Cost of this experience $5,800 ?.
