Et leur ai fourni le numéro d'article désiré et le lien Vionic ? Qcq jrs + tard, ai reçu cette réponse : «qcq'un vous répondra sous peu » et cette réponse n'est jamais venue.... Ai aussi mis cet avis sur la page Facebook du commerce. Et bien, imaginez-vous donc que 3 semaines + tard, la dame a répondu à mon commentaire sur sa page Facebook dans un paragraphe étalant toute sa vie : horaire, statut pratrimonial, nombre d'enfants, etc. et en ajoutant qu'elle n'avait donc pas le temps de répondre étant très occupée dans son commerce et dans sa vie...et elle m'a ajouté qu'elle avait vérifié sur ma page personnelle Facebook d'où j'étais et comme elle a vu que j'étais de Shawinigan, elle a ajouté, vous n'aviez qu'à passer au magasin.... sans savoir si j'avais la capacité de me déplacer....... et qu'elle n'avait pas le temps de répondre aux questions écrites.... MAIS ELLE A EU LE TEMPS DE M'ÉCRIRE TOUT ÇA.....et de ne jamais répondre à ma question........ qui ne demandait qu'un OUI ou un NON !!!!!!!! Après ça, on entendra dire que les affaires sont difficiles........... !!! J'ai donc dû commandé directement à Vionic..... !!!!! Wrote via their Facebook page to ask if the store still carries the Vionic shoe brand? And gave them the desired item number and the Vionic link? Qcq days + later, I received this response: “someone will respond to you shortly” and this response never came .... I also posted this notice on the Facebook page of the business. Well, imagine that 3 weeks later, the lady replied to my comment on her Facebook page in a paragraph spanning her entire life: schedule, practicing status, number of children, etc. and adding that she therefore did not have time to answer being very busy in her business and in her life ... and she added that she had checked on my personal Facebook page from where I was and as she saw that I was from Shawinigan, she added, you just had to go to the store ... without knowing if I had the capacity to move ....... and what 'she didn't have time to answer the written questions .... BUT SHE HAD THE TIME TO WRITE ALL THIS ..... and never to answer my question ........ who only asked for a YES or a NO !!!!!!!! After that, we will hear that business is difficult ........... !!! So I had to order directly from Vionic ..... !!!!!
