★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travail professionnel. Lorsque nous appelons, quelqu’un répond sinon on nous rappelle. Le représentant lors de la soumission, a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions. La dalle de béton du sous-sol a été coulée et très bien lissée.
 Professional work. When we call someone answers or we are called back. The representative during the submission took the time to answer all of my questions. The concrete slab in the basement has been poured and smoothed very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je veux juste mentionner que j'ai utilisé Les Goudrons du Québec cette année sur deux contrats distincts. Ils ont fait du bon travail et je suis satisfait des travaux. Ils ont respecté les échéanciers et les coûts malgré un carnet de commande que je comprends très chargé.
I just want to mention that I used Les Goudrons du Québec this year on two separate contracts. They did a good job and I am satisfied with the work. They respected the deadlines and the costs despite an order book that I understand is very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 seule étoile car les travaux ont été bien fait par contre ou presque, incroyable manque de professionnalisme. Ils ont pris 1 mois pour faire des travaux de quelques jours. Ils venaient 1 fois par semaine quelques heures. On ne savait jamais quand ils revenaient, et souvent ne venaient pas les jours dits.
Ils ne retournaient pas les appels, aucun suivi des travaux, impossible de leur faire corriger certains trucs, malgré certaines demandes.
Pour des travaux non réalisés, car le vendeur avait surestimé les travaux, ils chargeaient 400 $ le pied linéaire mais pour la réduction de prix ils offrent 125$. Et tous se renvoient la balle. La facture est de plus de 17 000$.
Je déconseille vivement cette entreprise.
Only 1 star because the work was well done, however, or almost, incredible lack of professionalism. They took 1 month to do work for a few days. They came once a week for a few hours. You never knew when they were coming back, and often didn't come on the said days.
They did not return the calls, no follow-up of the work, impossible to make them correct certain things, in spite of certain requests.
For work not done, because the seller had overestimated the work, they charged $ 400 per linear foot but for the price reduction they offered $ 125. And all are passing the buck. The bill is over $ 17,000.
I strongly advise against this company.

Les gars sont de vrais pros! Consciencieux, courtois, organisés, ils savent ce qu'il font. Les alentours du chantier sont toujours laisser propres. Nous les recommandons fortement!
Extremely satisfied! We hired Les Goudrons du Québec to redo our foundations and dig our basement. Located in the heart of Rosemont, it's no small job! The guys are real pros! Conscientious, courteous, organized, they know what they are doing. The surroundings of the construction site are always left clean. We highly recommend them!
