D’autant plus évident parce qu’évidemment quand on fait une soumission on rencontre plusieurs compagnies.. bien félicitations celle ci était la pire ??‍♀️ A lack of communication is a sign of a great lack of professionalism. An automated email would be less insulting than a selfless silence! All the more obvious because obviously when we make a bid we meet several companies .. well congratulations this one was the worst ??♀️

Je ne veux pas généraliser, alors je vais plutôt partager l'expérience que j'ai vécu il y a quelques semaines: ayant tenté d’obtenir une soumission (en vain), nous nous sommes sentis ridiculisés et méprisés parce que notre projet de paysagement ne semblait pas assez important. Chaque fois que je parlais à une personne là-bas, je me faisais dire « Aaaaah ouiiin.... Le p’tit projet d’Verdun là? » TOUTES les autres compagnies avec lesquelles nous avons soumissionné se sont déplacées. Rose Neige : zéro. Ils ont pris nos informations par courriel et je leur ai même fait un plan Autocad, mais rien à faire. C’était très difficile et laborieux de juste réussir à communiquer avec eux. Ils ne répondaient même pas à mes courriels et il fallait que nous les relancions par téléphone... et encore là, nous avions l’impression de les déranger plus qu’autre chose. Vraiment, si vous avez un « p’tit projet » à 20 000 $ il n’est pas garanti que vous serez pris au sérieux... Le pire c’est que je leur ai écrit avant de publier cet avis et ils ne nous ont jamais répondu pour s’excuser du traitement complètement irrespectueux que nous avons reçu. Honnêtement que leur niche soit du haut de gamme, je n’ai absolument aucun problème avec ça, mais ils n’avaient qu’à me le dire gentiment lorsque j’ai fait ma demande initiale et j’aurais passé à un autre appel... Au lieu de ça, ils ont été arrogants, méprisants et irrespectueux... Nous sommes en 2019, pour vrai je ne peux pas croire qu’une compagnie ait encore des standards de service à la clientèle aussi médiocre. P.S. Je n’ai JAMAIS obtenu de soumission... Quel professionnalisme exécrable! Notice to small projects: Do not even ask for a quote, they will not answer you. I do not want to generalize, so I'm going to share the experience I had a few weeks ago: having tried to get a quote (in vain), we felt ridiculed and scorned because our landscaping project did not seem important enough. Every time I spoke to someone there, I was told "Aaaaah ouiiin .... The little project of Verdun there? ALL the other companies we bidded with have moved. Snow Pink: zero. They took our information by email and I even made them an Autocad plan, but nothing to do. It was very difficult and painstaking to just communicate with them. They did not even respond to my emails and we had to relaunch them over the phone ... and again, we had the impression to disturb them more than anything else. Really, if you have a "little project" at $ 20,000 it is not guaranteed that you will be taken seriously ... The worst thing is that I wrote to them before publishing this notice and they do not have never responded to apologize for the completely disrespectful treatment we received. Honestly their niche is upscale, I have absolutely no problem with that, but they just had to tell me nicely when I made my initial request and I would have made another call. .. Instead, they were arrogant, disrespectful and disrespectful ... It's 2019, for real I can not believe a company still has such poor customer service standards. P.S. I NEVER got a quote ... What an execrable professionalism!

Le travail est réalisé par du personnel compétent et courtois dans le respect de l'environnement et des lieux. Il m'apparait évident que les priorités sont données au travail bien fait et à la satisfaction du client. Dans le futur, je compte faire appel aux services d'entretien de RoseNeige pour la fermeture et l'ouverture des aménagements réalisés. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise pour l'aménagement paysager. A remarkable landscaping work. A professional team attentive to the needs. The work is carried out by competent and courteous staff in the respect of the environment and places. It is clear to me that priorities are given to a job well done and to the satisfaction of the client. In the future, I intend to use the services of RoseNeige to close and open the facilities. I highly recommend this company for landscaping.

J’ai eu un service professionnel avec eux l’an passé et également ce printemps . Les employés sur le terrain et les propriétaires ont fait un travail du tonnerre et le résultat est formidable. Pour ma part, je recommande Rose Neige pour vos travaux futurs, vous ne serez pas déçu. Continuez votre beau travail . Right now, I believe there are certain people, who have given themselves the word to denigrate this beautiful landscaping company. I had professional service with them last year and also this spring. The field workers and owners have done a tremendous job and the result is wonderful. For my part, I recommend Rose Neige for your future work, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work.

I rarely had to contact them during the season and when I did, they responded quickly and fixed the issues within the day. I am very satisfied with their services and will be giving them the contract for next winter season.
