d	duke JK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow. je sors tout juste de là et j'y étais pour acheter un morceau de remplacement et j'ai reçu un service courtois et exemplaire... c'est de plus en plus rare de ces jours... je recommande cet endroit! wow. just got out of there and was there to buy a replacement piece and received courteous and exemplary service ... it's getting more and more rare these days ... I recommend this place!

Manque de communication entre eux et leur sous contracteur (comptoirs). Ne retourne pas les appels téléphoniques et courriels. Devait installer comptoir vendredi mais la compagnie de comptoir n’avait pas reçu mon lavabo donc ne pouvait pas faire de trou dans le comptoir. Ils étaient censés d’installer comptoir hier le lundi 28 juin ne se sont pas présentés, je les attendaient. Incapable de me donner une heure approximative, en me disant on va vous donner une heure de préavis par téléphone. Appel téléphone hier à 15h00 pour s’assurer que quelqu’un viendrait installer notre comptoir pour se faire répondre oui, mais personne c’est pointé. JBK n’a pas fait de suivi j’ai du moi même appeler leur sous contracteur car au moins eux répondre à leur téléphone. Finalement le comptoir est installé sans appel de préavis une chance que je suis rester chez moi. Je ne recommande à personne cette compagnie qui semble être débordé, mal organisé, non courtois et par bout impoli. Ordered bathroom vanity in November 2020. We were told the vanity would be ready in March 2021. Received the vanity in June. Lack of communication between them and their subcontractor (counters). Does not return phone calls and emails. Was due to install the counter on Friday but the counter company had not received my sink so could not poke a hole in the counter. They were supposed to set up counter yesterday Monday June 28th did not show up, I was expecting them. Unable to give me an approximate time, telling me we will give you an hour's notice by phone. Phone call yesterday at 3:00 p.m. to make sure someone would come and set up our counter to be answered yes, but no one checked out. JBK didn't follow up. I had to call their subcontractor myself because at least they were answering their phones. Finally the counter is installed without notice calling a chance that I am staying at home. I do not recommend this company to anyone who seems to be overwhelmed, unorganized, unpolite and at times rude.

Comptoir pas au niveau, porte trop petit, poignée installé croche (non parallèlement au cadre) et trou multiple dans le tiroir du a une erreur d'installation qui on refusé de corriger. Ils n ont jamais livré la poignée manquante Même si vous envoyez une mise en demeure il ne réagiront pas. Pour corriger leurs erreurs ça m'a coûté 2000$ Je ne recommande pas leurs services et surtout retenir une sommes d argent tant et aussi longtemps que le travail n est pas complété. I did not appreciate the service. None followed after installation. Counter not level, door too small, handle installed crooked (not parallel to the frame) and multiple hole in the drawer due to an installation error which we refused to correct. They never delivered the missing handle Even if you send a formal notice, they will not react. To correct their mistakes it cost me 2000$ I do not recommend their services and especially withhold a sum of money as long as the work is not completed.

G	Gino Lord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good work. Cheaper than competition in general. No 3D plan. 2D only, Hand written. Old style. The rest is gambling. They may return your call. They may show up to appointments. So expect to run after them. No excuse. No explanation. After sale service is almost nonexistent so make sure you get everything installed and present before installer quit. I am still waiting (and gave up) on few things. Took 1 month before I get what was missing and I had to run after them (went to the shop 5 times). I like my kitchen but it came with a lot of frustration. Not recommending it unless you are good at stress management.
L	Lifelack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to start off by stating that the kitchen is stunning, and the quality of material is great (would give 5 stars for the look of the kitchen). But our kitchen was installed 1 month later than the date we were told, and we were only told of this delay after having to run after them and calling many times a day after realizing they weren't showing up when expected. I really would have hoped they could have told us ahead of time, instead of us having to run after them to get such disappointing news. No call returns, they will tell you to email them. But they don't answer emails either. We had stripped the entire previous kitchen on time to ensure they would be able to install during the week they had told us. So we spent 1 month eating microwavable food with the microwave laid directly on our floor. Had to run after them regarding every step of the installation, after the deposit check was paid. The final product is amazing and goes above what we thought we would be getting. The kitchen really is better than we could ever think. But that being said, the process to get it installed was such a headache, I would not want to go through that ever again.
