Planche loiselle pour choisir notre plancher.
Notre choix était fait depuis le mois d’août, mais 3 semaines avant la livraison de
La maison Christianne ” la designer ” nous a appellé pour nous dire qu elle avait reçu une nouvelle batch du plancher qu’on avait choisi mais que cetais le même .. JAMAIS elle ne m’a mentionner que c’etais un nouveau modèle et que celui que nous avions choisi était B.O . Elle m’a assurer que cetais le même plancher.. avec une petite différence qu’on ne voyait pas avec les photos qu’elle m’avait envoyer . Avoir su que ce n’étais pas le même modèle je serais aller en magasin approuver le plancher !!!! Si une designer n’est pas capable de voir la différence entre deux plancher qui son vraiment différent j’appelle pas ça une designer !!!!!
Quand on est arriver dans la maison le plancher avait du bleu dedans et ce que j avais choisi en avait pas. Le code n’était pas le même et la couleur non plus.
Je suis fâcher et vraiment déçu.
Pour moi c’est un gros non pour Christianne et un gros non pour plancher loiselle , j’irais définitivement ailleurs pour terminer mon sous-sol
The contractor we did business with for the construction of our house sent us to
Loiselle board to choose our floor.
Our choice had been made since August, but 3 weeks before the delivery of
The house Christianne ”the designer” called us to tell us that she had received a new batch of the flooring that we had chosen but that it was the same .. NEVER did she mention to me that it was a new model and that the one we chose was BO. She assured me it was the same floor .. with a little difference that you couldn't see from the photos she sent me. Having known that it was not the same model I would go to the store to approve the floor !!!! If a designer isn’t able to see the difference between two floors that are really different I don’t call that a designer !!!!!
When we arrived in the house the floor had blue in it and what I had chosen had none. The code was not the same and neither was the color.
I am upset and really disappointed.
For me it's a big no for Christianne and a big no for Loiselle floor, I would definitely go elsewhere to finish my basement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service pour la 2e fois avec eux, une erreur de couleur s'est glissée dans ma commande et en moins de 2hrs tout était réglé. Ils ont reprit la mauvaise commande et m'ont livrer un bois supérieur a ce que j'avais payé et ce sans frais. Excellent service et rapidité d'action.
Super service for the 2nd time with them, a color error crept into my order and in less than 2hrs everything was settled. They took over the wrong order and delivered me a wood higher than what I had paid and at no cost. Excellent service and speed of action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté de la céramique pour notre douche ainsi que notre plancher de salle de bain. A la livraison, il manquait un sac de croix et un sac de coulis. J’ai appelé pour signaler l’erreur, aucune nouvelle. Je me suis présenté en magasin et je me suis fait gentiment revirer de bord en me disant qu’ils allaient communiquer avec moi.
Depuis..... aucun retour d’appel.
En installant la dite céramique au sol, on se rend bien compte que nous serons en manque de tuile, et ce, même si la dame nous avait confirmé qu’avec la grandeur de ma pièce nous aurions assurément de « l’over ». Et nous avons tout utilisé, nous n’avons aucune perte.
Enfin bref... tres décevant.
We bought ceramic for our shower as well as our bathroom floor. On delivery, a bag of crosses and a bag of grout were missing. I called to report the error, no news. I walked into the store and was kindly turned around and told me they were going to contact me.
Since ..... no return calls.
By installing the said ceramic on the floor, we realize that we will be lacking tiles, even if the lady had confirmed to us that with the size of my room we would certainly have "over". And we have used everything, we have no losses.
Anyway ... very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service à la clientèle . Aucun retour d'appel , aucun suivis . Mauvaise communication entre les employés .J'attends mon instalation depuis juin nous somme en octobre. Premiere et derniere fois avec eux .
Worse customer service. No return calls, no follow-ups. Bad communication between employees. I have been waiting for my instalation since June we are in October. First and last time with them.

Super choix de plancher, projet cléf en main, se sont les seuls de la région qui m'ont offert ce service. Je leur donne 6⭐ sur 5.
Wow what a place. Great service from Krystel. She knew how to advise us and meet our needs. And what about the boss who came to my house and advised me well. Super choice of floor, turnkey project, they are the only ones in the region who offered me this service. I give them 6⭐ out of 5.
