Depuis octobre 2014 et voilà plus d'un an que je téléphone une fois par mois concernant la réparation de ce problème. Six mois après, au printemps 2015, ils sont venus et ont constaté un problème de conception. Ils ont jugé le problème facile à résoudre. Durée de la réparation, moins de 4 heures. La représentante Carole Lemay m’a informé que j’étais achalant et que les constructions Uni-pro finiront par réparer. Aujourd'hui le 22 juin 2016 ce n'est toujours pas réparé. (N’ayant pas les connaissances d’un expert en finitions extérieures et encore mois posséder d’échafaudages, je ne sais pas quoi faire pour corriger la situation. P.-S. J’ai acheté en juin 2013 ! Venez donc réparer a la place de dire n'importe quoi), C’est assez ! J'ai fait venir un couvreur de toitures pour évaluer la problématique. Ils m'ont dit que le départ de la couverture ne respectait pas les normes de la construction. Ils n'ont pas installé de membrane de sous-toiture auto-adhésive. Donc la toiture serait à refaire. $$$$.$$ Je mets un gros zéro comme note au service après-vente. I have a house built by Uni-Pro Constructions Inc. It is still under warranty. My house has a problem with water draining from the roof. Since October 2014 and it's been over a year that I phone once a month regarding the repair of this problem. Six months later, in the spring of 2015, they came and found a design problem. They found the problem easy to solve. Duration of repair, less than 4 hours. The representative Carole Lemay informed me that I was hot and that Uni-pro constructions will eventually repair. Today June 22, 2016 is still not repaired. (Not having the knowledge of an expert in exterior finishes and still having scaffolding, I don't know what to do to correct the situation. P.-S. I bought in June 2013! So come and repair a instead of saying anything), That's enough ! I brought in a roofer to assess the problem. They told me that the departure of the cover did not meet the building standards. They did not install a self-adhesive roofing membrane. So the roof would have to be redone. $$$$. $$ I put a big zero as a note to the after-sales service.

J’ai eu deux inspecteurs, un officiel de la banque pour la valeur et l’autre pour inspection du bâtiment. Le résultat: Très bonne construction, ma maison a été inspecté par la firme Inspec-thor, et l’inspecteur n’avait que d’éloges à propos de la construction, du bâtiment et de la finition de la maison. L’isolation est plus que parfaite. La finition excellente Un service personnalisé Un service après vente super efficace Des gens de coeur et attentif à nos besoins Et le prix très abordable! I had two inspectors, one bank official for the value and the other for the building inspection. The result: Very good construction, my house was inspected by Inspec-thor, and the inspector had nothing but praise for the construction, building and finishing of the house. Par contre, la finition intérieure n'est pas très belle; clous apparents, joints qui ressortent, armoires installées croches, etc. comme angles de pente de terrain à corriger. Nous avons effectué plusieurs correctifs. Purchase of a 2018 home from Unipro, June 2020. The building appears to be well constructed according to the inspector's report we hired. On the other hand, the interior finish is not very nice; exposed nails, protruding joints, cabinets installed hooks, etc. as the slope angles of the land to be corrected. We have made several fixes.
