Des gens honnête et très polis , javais par erreur payer 300$ en trop , on ma tout de suite contacter pour me rembourser ... hésiter pas a faire affaire avec eux

Honest and very polite people, I had by mistake overpaid $ 300, I was immediately contacted to reimburse me ... not hesitate to do business with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair, clear and professional. This is how I would describe our experience with JEM Plus. We dealt with Marc Dumberry and have only good things to say. We had a wood deck and a concrete deck built, we could not be happier. The price was by far the most competitive and the service was exceptional. Marc is fast, answers all your questions CLEARLY (so rare with contractors these days...) and follows up to make sure the job is done well and the client is happy. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions. We have had a lot of work done on our house and most of our experiences with contractors have been negative but JEM Plus has been a breath of fresh air. We have finally found a company (and representative) we can trust. I don't feel like I'm left in the dark and fighting to get work done. I can just trust that what I want done will be done on time and on budget. Thanks MARC!
UPDATE.
W have had more work done, and again we are very pleased. They came in under budget and finished faster than expected. Once again, very very satisfied!
