Super bon service dinstallation par contre, pour la reception des locations, ils sont tres irrespecteux et saute tres vite au conclusion. La journee meme qui ont fait le demontage, jai recu un appel me disant quil manquait une nappe ronde, de verifier chez moi. Jleur ai dis que tout etait remis dans un sac. Amilie me dit quelle verifira le lendemain. Le lendemain, elle me relaisse un message disant quelle a regarder, quelle a trouver une nappe qui est pas elle, quil y a du avoir erreur, de reverifier chez moi car si je trouve pas, ils vont me la charger. JE SAIS QUE JE LAI PAS, javais aucune nappe chez moi lors de la reception, je rappele et lui dis, on echange et ca finit en dispute ou jexplique que jai pas la nappe, quelle est assurement chez eux et Amelie fini par me raccrocher la ligne en me disant que si je trouve pas, quils vont me charger. Je rappele, tombe sur la gerante, plus parlable que lautre, jexplique mon cas et elle me dit quelle vérifie. 30 minutes plus tard, je reparle a la gerante qui me dit qui manque vrm une nappe et que lhistoire dune nappe trouver qui leur appartienne pas, bin elle trouve pas plus cette supposer nappe. Ca commence a etre du nimporte quoi ca. Je redis que jai TOUTE laisser les nappes dans un sac de plastique, que jai pas a rien payer, que jai PAS la nappe, que jsuis a bout la, tanner du niaisage. Elle me repond quelle va checker encore. Jappele mon conjoint, lui racontant lhistoire, ecoeurer du niaisage, de lobstination, de mon avant midi perdu au telephone, a stresser sur des montants quil me menace de me charger quand jai tout remis. Mon mari appel et lorsquil dit quil est mon conjoint, tout dsuite on lui dit que la nappe est dans leur truck finalement. Aucun excuse, meme quils lui disent que cest moi qui a pris ca trop a coeur. Insatisfaite du service recu, je demande que Manon la propretaire me rappele ce quelle fait. Mais jai du insister pour lui raconter mon histoire puisquelle avait parler avec sa fille Amelie auparavant. Bref, selon elle, tout a été fait comme il faut. Le fait qu'amelie mest dit a plusieurs reprises que la nappe etait pas chez elle , quelle etait assurement chez moi, que si jlui redonnais pas il me chargeait cette nappe quand cest eux meme qui nont pas verifier comme faut dans ltruck et faite leur job, ca lair cest "les procedures" que mme Manon na dit. Jai du en plus lui dire que javais recu aucune excuse de leur compagner pour les accusations de ne pas lavoir remis et le stresse causer depuis la veille. Tk, service apres vente vraiment pourri et a place de prendre leur tord et sexcuser sincerement, ils disent que tout a été bien effectuer. Si vous louer la, faite le bilan avec les gars de demontage car ils peuvent vous accuser de nimporte quoi quand le stock est encore dans leur truck...

I KNOW THAT I DON'T have it, I had no tablecloth at home when I received it, I called back and told him, we exchange and it ends in an argument or I explain that I don't have the tablecloth, which is certainly at their place and Amelie ended up hanging up on me. line telling me that if I can't find it, they'll charge me. I call back, come across the manager, more talkable than the other, I explain my case and she tells me what checks it. 30 minutes later, I speak again to the manager who tells me that a tablecloth is really missing and that the history of a tablecloth find that does not belong to them, bin she finds no more this supposing tablecloth. It starts to be nonsense. I repeat that I have ALL left the tablecloths in a plastic bag, that I don't have to pay anything, that I do NOT have the tablecloth, that I'm at the end of it, tanning the silliness. She answers me that she will check again. Yelps my husband, telling him the story, disgusted with the silliness, the stubbornness, of my lost before noon on the phone, to stress on amounts that he threatens to charge me when I have given everything. My husband called and when he said he was my partner, he was immediately told that the tablecloth was in their truck after all. No apologies, even when they tell him it was me who took it too seriously. Unsatisfied with the service received, I ask Manon the owner to remind me of what she is doing. But I had to insist on telling her my story since she had spoken with her daughter Amelie before. In short, according to her, everything was done as it should. How can i say this... If i had enough money to rent a chapiteau EVERYDAy, i would ALWAYS use the service of this magnificent company. From A to Z, you feel like you are being taken care of, the warm welcome on the initial call, the professional installers. I cannot recommand this company enough.
