★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, this is the best tasting and highest quality side of beef we have ever enjoyed. The care taken in the custom butchering and wrapping is obvious - every single cut is perfectly trimmed, very clean and packaged to ensure long freezer life. The beef is dry aged for several weeks and has outstanding flavour and very rich fat. I highly recommend making the switch to grass-fed beef, and Lemieux Creek Ranch offers a superior product for a very reasonable price.
