★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean nice little beach with beautiful views on mountains. Only one portable toilet cabin makes the beach a little less nice. Closest public washroom is at the splash park, couple hundreds steps west from the beach. The beach itself is sandy with little rock chips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beach offers a fenced off area and float dock for swimmers. Paddle Boards, Jet-skis, Kayaks can be rented from the adjacent resort. The waters of Okanagan Lake are one of the warmest in British Columbia. Limited free surface parking. There are change rooms but no washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few beaches in Osoyoos, and I've been coming to this town since I was a kid. Now that I'm an adult though, I get to choose which beach I want to go to. Legion Beach is the PERFECT beach if you just want to relax and tan without many other people around. There are only 8 parking stalls available right out front, so come early. I showed up around 11 each day and most stalls were still empty, but they do fill up very fast. There is a motel right beside the public beach, but it doesn't really affect the calm atmosphere. Legion Beach will forever be my beach of choice when visiting my grandparents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legion Beach is getting some much needed attention from the town. Overgrown bushes are removed. Fence/railing is being maintained. I wish the portapott will be removed and permanent washrooms added.
