★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid the Legault-Dubois team to do the inspection for the Renoclimat credit. This consists of 2 inspections, one before and one after the renovations. They came in April of 2018 for the first. They inspected my place, and advised me to call back when it was time for the second (post renovation) inspection. The renovation work was done by June, I had contacted them several times for the second inspection. After several failed attempts to book the 2nd appointment via email and phone, they finally called me back and advised that they were super busy with the 1st appointments, that the 2nd appointment would only happen in the new year, and that they would call me back in January. At this point it was 5 months after I first started trying to book the 2nd inspection. I take it upon myself to call them back. They now advised me that they no longer hold the Renoclimat contract and that I should go back to the Renoclimat site to deal with the new vendor. I chased them for months with little to no response until it was too late, I am not surprised they lost the contract.

Second one. Couldn't be bothered to arrive during his scheduled window. (But they will charge us more if we're not there in the scheduled window)
Then proceeds to tell me that the document the first one gave me is incorrect and we wasted our time and money. Then tells me an email was sent out to update us. Go back and check my email. Found the email in question, No mention of this.
After looking online at other sources, discovered the email was sent 6 months after the cutoff date. What a scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended their service by CAA, and I'm very pleased with the results. I had a moisture inspection that involved investigating my home's attic. The inspector was thorough, very courteous and considerate.
The report provided is also really detailed and gives me an excellent idea of what my next steps should be to resolve my issues. Their service was more expensive than home inspections I have had in the past- however they were by far the most detailed and thorough I have experienced.
