Due to lack of parking place, couldn't visit the office; wandered around for about 30 minutes but in vain.

45 minute wait on call to be picked up by someone who clearly didnt want to work and just wanted to get rid of the call ASAP , transferred my call to someone that didnt even work that day. Had the mandate for legal help but they said they sent it by -mail- not e-mail making everything so much slower.

After being disconnected 3 times and spending 5 hours waiting i finaly got someone who put me on hold and then the call got disconnected again, when i finaly did get through the person i spoke with tried to give me every excuse to get rid of me including telling that their internet does not work, that i should call the police and that i should wait to see what happens. I am making a complaint since it is always like this ( had to call them 3 years ago and same thing) and i will call my ombudsman. I am sure they will use covid as an excuse for not answering the phones and their unwillingness to do anything attitude. Good luck to all you who need legal help. Below is a picture of their "contact us" page.

If you are married, forget it! I need a lawyer for my child support payments from my previous marriage. Because I am remarried and wife has income, even though I have no income, we are not allowed legal aid!! However, people on welfare get lawyers for free even if they are married!!! Makes absolutely no sense to me!! Why should people on welfare and capable of going to work, have all the rights! Everyone that’s goes to work each day pay taxes so the ones on welfare can stay home! The hard working ones never catch a freaking break!!
