★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called several times regarding a small printing job. Nobody returned my call. I thought they got busy and perhaps forgot or misfiled my order, so called again. No call back. When they finally did answer my call, they had nothing on file for me. I found a good printer in Grande Prairie who helped me out and will never use or recommend this unprofessional business again. This is a poor example of service, and they are quite a bit more money than everyone else. I'd give zero stars, but you need to have at least one to post a review.
