P	Patrick Shane BORLAND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 4 new tires for my truck, when I picked went to pick up the truck 1 of the new tires was flat and another was almost flat. I went back in to explain the problem and they pulled the truck right in to fix it. I was told that 3 of the 4 valve stems on my rims where wrecked and 1 of the tire sensors was damaged. They did replace the valve stems and sensor for free, but rather then actually using weights to balance the tires they put sand in them to balance them. I told them that was in acceptable and booked the truck in for the following week to get them balanced with tire weights. I only drove the truck once while I waited to get the tires balanced because it shock so bad at highway speed that it felt as if the rims where full of mud. The day before my appointment, to take the truck back for tire balancing, another of the new tires went flat. So I filled it up and got the truck in for the appointment. When I got to Legacy Dodge for my appointment they questioned me again on why I had issues with using the sand to balance the tires. I ended up leaving with my truck and went to a tire shop to do the job correctly. When at the tire shop they showed me that there was sand in the beads of all 4 tires and that all the tire sensors are packed full of sand also. I will never go back to Legacy Dodge for any reason at all. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had dealing with any shop at all.

I deal with them regularly for oil changes and feel I'm always getting the best value and treated respectfully. There staff are honest and not out to rip people off. I find when I go into the dealership, I'm always greeted and taken very good care of. I also got a free detail and Can say that the detailer does a great job!
