They find back up care when a provider is out sick or otherwise, and they offer such unwavering support to parents which, when it comes to your kids, is so important. Lana in particular takes great pride and care in her work, and it is very evident that her heart is truly in her line of work. She cares greatly about the kids, the parents, and it's so compassionate and understanding when it comes to varying parental and family dynamics. Having Lana's support coupled with the way LSSFC conducts their business has provided us with so much confidence and trust in the agency to always do what they do best, provide exceptional child care.
K	Kayla Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awful experience with this agency as well as with the child care provider. There was a lack of communication with the agency and the provider. I started a new job and didn’t need full time care anymore. I clearly stated this to the provider and we discussed the hours my son would be going as well as the new cost associated with this change. I also spoke with the agency about cost and to make them aware of the change. No one mentioned I’d need to sign a new contract, so I thought all was good. The provider then tried to lie and say she doesn’t do part time, when a couple months ago she said she did. The agency then said I owed money that I did not. There was no communication in regards to a new contract or how it works when the hours for child care changed. The provider (Pauline) was great with my son. However, she was not good with me. She often made me feel like I was doing a bad job as a mom. She yelled at me and told me to leave when I went to give my two weeks notice to remove my son from her day home. When I picked up my sons belongings, I found mold in the cups. I would not recommend this agency for child care. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
