About Leduc Boat Club

This session is designed to focus people on their individual efforts and how they contribute to the team’s success. A short introduction to the sport along with safety and a warm-up leads into 45 minutes of paddling drills to create awareness as to the value of each individual’s strengths within your team. Using the dragon boat and incorporating team-building exercises instills a fresh perspective and dynamic to team mentality while having tons of fun in a boat!
