Edit - I was able to talk with the receptionist who ended the call with 'kay' and then hung up. Not inclined to call the office again when I didn't receive any help the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was over an hour late and a half late for the first appointment of the night. Receptionist was unprofessional taking personal calls and eating a big plate of food right at the computer. Very unimpressed with the whole clinic, could have been cleaner. Will go somewhere else next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait 3 hours to get stitches removed...takes 20 seconds to do ( paraphrasing ) I bailed after 31/2 hour mark....in triage...with actual people with problems, and no, I can't go somewere elts.
