Au delà de mes attentes Deuxième expérience: J'avais une crack dans mon windshield. Je suis passé chez Lebeau Granby sans RDV, au hasard pour avoir un conseil sur la réparation (coût, délais, assurance...). J'en suis sorti moins de 30mn plus tard avec le windshield réparé pour 100$. Excellent conseil et service First experience: Windshield change. Number 1 customer service as soon as an appointment is made, very clear and professional Email and phone to confirm the appointment the day before. Phone call to confirm the end of the work Job well done with verification before taking possession ? Beyond my expectations Second experiment: I had a crack in my windshield. I went to Lebeau Granby without an appointment, at random to get advice on the repair (cost, delays, insurance ...). I got out less than 30mn later with the windshield repaired for $ 100. Excellent advice and service

Fais 3 fois japeller car y vas exfremement mal ne marche pas toujour defois je fais ma secance jai la confirmation de la voiture je troune ma cle le motuer sintint alors quil est pas supposer . Fais 3 fois japelle je me fais juste dire cest moi le probleme . Y te laisse en attend pendant plus de 30 mipelle jamais meme lorsque tu laisse un message . Ne jamais meme pebser a aller a cette endroit le service et tellement mauvais que vedt la premiere fois de ma vie que je laisse une evalution tellemebt cest grave aller ailleur vous aller etre mieux servit cest aur et certain . Honestly I put 1 star but there mirrors less 5 star 5h to install a remote starter. Do 3 times japeller because going there exfremement badly does not always work defois I do my secance I have the confirmation of the car I open my key the motuer sintint then that it is not suppose. Do 3 times japelle I am just told it is me the problem. Y leaves you waiting for more than 30 mipelle never even when you leave a message. Never even try to go to this place the service and so bad that vedt the first time in my life that I leave an evaluation so much it is serious to go elsewhere you will be better served that is and for sure.

On m'a expliqué le résultat possible de ce qu'il pouvait faire et une estimation temps nécessaire pour accomplir la tâche qu'ils ont dépassé quelques peu. Mon masque a brisé en le mettant, j'ai apprécié qu'il m'en propose un au lieu de devoir aller dans mon auto dans le garage pour en chercher un autre. Clairement, j'ai senti le désir de satisfaire sa clientèle. Les vitres était bien lavé et j'ai pu constater la réparation avec succès. Appointment booking by internet. My mask broke while putting it on, I appreciated that he offered me one instead of having to go in my car in the garage to look for another one. Clearly, I felt the desire to satisfy his customers. The windows were washed well and I was able to see the repair successfully.

Ils se sont occupés d’appeler les assurances et tout, et ont appliqué un rabais sans que j’aille à le demander. Très gentil aussi. 10/10 Very good service, I arrived unexpectedly with a windshield that was a total loss, and 3 hours later the windshield was changed and my car was ready! They took care of calling insurance and everything, and applied a discount without my having to ask. Very nice too. 10/10

He saw my wippers were starting to scratch my windshield and told me they were on special. He then changed them for me and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Excellent experience when I go.
