My instructor, Robert, made everything simple and went into details to make sure I understand the machine and the pre-op checklist. I will definitely come back here for when I need to renew my license and I hope to work with Robert again.

Robert is great, and he explained the Instructions, Functions and safety very clearly and patiently. Moreover, I felt much comfortable when he examined my machine operating skills during my whole test. Thank you Robert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got trained by Robert Cermel this weekend. I am in the construction business for a long time. I took many courses. But what he did today was out of the normal. He took the machine apart and put it together just with words so we can see inside the machines. Best training I ever had. Thank you Robert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robert showed up at our workplace on time and fully prepared to conduct the forklift certification course using our shop forklift. His easy going demeanour and dedication to safety allowed me to feel comfortable when operating our forklift. That was important to me as I have never operated a forklift or any other type of support equipment or lifts. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel panicked or rushed. I highly recommend asking for Robert when scheduling on-site training from Leavitt Machinery in Calgary.
