At Leaning Maple Meats, established in 1999, we pride ourselves on quality custom meat processing. We operate a health inspected meat processing plant 5 miles outside of Strasbourg, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Besides custom cutting beef, pork, lamb and wild game, Leaning Maple Meats produces a wide variety of meat products. We make seven types of fresh sausage, five types of smoked sausage, as well as pepperoni and salami. We will custom make sausage with your secret family recipe, and we smoke our own hams, bacon and jerky on site.
We carry a wide range of products for hotels and restaurants from top quality fish to steaks cut to suit your particular needs, at very competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up some jerky and Lamb Sausages from the Centenial Mall market this saturday. Hands down the best jerky ive had. $7 a package is a great deal also compared to 10 or more at the Regina farmers market. We will be back for Bison burgers and bacon.

Not put off by the sign to call one of two folks as it appears to be small and family run however it fell off the rails when the call resulted in being advised they were in ON for another week! Perhaps a closed sign or indication on the website that they were closed would have resulted in a more positive experience!
