I sincerely hope that whomever made the booking error is aware of the additional turmoil he or she caused in a family already reeling from the loss of their daughter, sister and mother just two weeks ago. And to make it even more unprofessional you relayed this information by email. I would suggest that anyone considering this venue exercise a good deal of caution as surely one of the cornerstones of owning a space for rent is to have a basic understanding of how a calendar works.

G	Genevieve Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful views. No air conditioning, no air circulation. It was insanely hot. No elevator, lots of stairs, lake for parking lot, only 6 cars could park there. Not impressed at all.
A	Aryn Sousa Moreton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the Leander Boat Club for our Stag and Doe this past weekend and it was PERFECT! I could not have asked for better service or a better venue. From the start they were professional and responsive. We were able to meet with Fred a week before the event to walk the venue and he made sure we knew where everything was and which light switches we needed. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to know we could just show up and not be looking for things. He let us set up the night before which was a huge help and then let us come in and out through the day of the event as we wanted. He was available for any questions we had and made great suggestions for how we could do things. The space is big and bright and they have a great variety of lighting as well as great sound equipment. We really didn't want to be in a basement for this event but needed something big enough with ample parking, this was the right choice. We received lots of compliments on the venue, so many people didn't know it even existed. They really do have a great space, reasonable pricing and amazing volunteers. I recommend this venue to everyone and if I ever have another event in the future, we will be back. :)
A	Amanda Roque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Hall, stunning environment. Put 4 stars because it is not wheelchair accessable. Lots of stairs that are slippery when wet that puts elders at risk of fall. Also when I was there it was cold and frigid where the stairs began to ice up but staff of the hall never put out any salt where the renter personally went to purchase the salt to make sure it was safe for people to use.
