★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it was just my event or the location setup, but the sound was unbearably loud. This density of speakers of both sides of a converted church is an insult to... well, everybody.
Apart from that, the location is great.

I went also at a wedding at this location,
Fairy-tale just by the architecture.
The mezzanine is the bestpot to appreciated to the fullest this place.
* Note that if you don't know where it is, you won't know it's there and wont even believe there's a Gem on that street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The events that take place result in moving trucks frequently loading/unloading in a space that's inside a city park (Parc Herb-Trawick) and which doesn't have a road intended for heavy vehicles. Many times the lamp has been knocked over (it's currently missing), and the grass area is damaged because of heavy vehicles turning around in the park. In the winter of 2016-2017, a moving truck got stuck in the snow for several days and was not removed. Owners should take more care of the space. They have a history of not cleaning up well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent New Years 2017 (going onto 2018) in this venue and the event was fantastic, one to remember for years. The dancefloor was spacious, there were two bars, we were in VIP and there was tons of bottle service. Disclaimer: photo is not great quality as it was a boomerang. The balloons dropped at midnight, the DJ played great music and there was a big projector screen with the countdown. Security was quick, and we actually tossed our coats into a cupboard by the bar to avoid the coat check line and made it in time for the balloon drop and countdown. What an absolutely unique experience, partying in a church venue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for information when looking to plan my wedding. I spoke to an English speaking lady who was very nice, however, she directed me to a French-speaking lady who was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. In the COVID-19 pandemic I think it's completely normal to ask how they plan to accommodate provincial restrictions and what Plan B would be if things change, as we know they have in the last 1.5 years. I told her I was completely flexible with dates and number of people to have at my wedding so I was open to any plans she had because I liked the venue. I was told that her job wasn't to have backup plans for me but for me to have backup plans to propose to her. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I was also told I was asking too many questions and I should either sign with them or not. All this, while her dog was barking in the background. If you want the people that plan your event to make you feel special and have your best interest at heart and take your business seriously, this didn't feel like the place. I'm not sure if this is the overall company's approach or just this employee though. My advice would be: be careful when going here and try to figure out if this was a case of a bad employee or a company's overall lack of caring. If it's the former you can avoid the employee and maybe still have a good experience, but if it's the latter, I would avoid the place. I didn't know which case this was so I chose to move on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartenders do not know how to make a proper cocktail. The lights in the hall kept going from full bright to very dimly lit for no reason many times throughout the night. It felt like a child discovered the dimmer switch and started playing with it unsupervised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a Cheese and Wine party. Great a d exceptionnal venue with a big open space and 2 floors (bars were on both floor and tables on the side were available for food). As a guest, I enjoyed myself, it was a cool experience.
