Le Plateau - Tremblant Sunstar

Quiet, clean, bright condo with full kitchen, fireplace, tv and balcony. Heated pool on the property, and a free shuttle or walking paths (15 min) down to the village. Our condo had some issues with the dishwasher and WiFi, and ran out of propane in BBQ. Otherwise very comfortable.

A beautiful collection of condominium style suites located up the mountain a bit from the main village of Mont Tremblant. Beautiful views, quiet, with a nice pond and stream with a waterfall, a few short trails to wander through. Also a nice pool in the centre, although obviously at times it has a lot of loud kids. Came with Wi-Fi, unlimited access to the panoramic gondola, access to Parc Plage, and a few coupons. Check in was easy and friendly although the entrance to the Chateau Beauvalion had some confusing signage. You don't need keys, it's all codes, so you don't even need to check out in person. Check out was at 11:00. Originally booked a bachelor suite and it was awful. Tiny room, dirty furnishings, poor lighting. We decided to call, and after spending practically all day on the phone trying to get a hold of someone we finally got upgraded to a larger, much nicer room with a full kitchen, a balcony, etc. Wish they had been more up front about the quality difference between the types of rooms, and had better customer service so we didn't have to waste time chasing them down over the phone during our vacation. They also made us pay more to be upgraded, but it was still less than if we had started out there. If it hadn't been for this I think I'd give it 5 stars. But not being able to get a hold of someone when you have a problem in a place like this is very disconcerting. Also, because of the ownership scheme with Sunstar (different apartments have different owners) they're quite inflexible abour reservations and cancellation or even upgrading in advance. Originally booked and then the next morning decided we wanted a nicer room and they wouldn't even let us do that without paying the $50 cancellation fee and doing a whole new booking. Don't book if you're not sure. They also decided to mow the lawns at like 9:00 when we were staying there, stinking up the place with the smell of gasoline for a bit... Another point: originally the weather forecast was calling for a couple rainy days (went mid-summer) but it turned out to be completely clear. I think the mountains make the weather a bit hard to predict.

Very nice place , clean and cozy... Bambi is coming every day for treats!

Booking was made in March 2018 for our July 24 - 28 stay. We SPECIFICALLY ask for a unit with NO STAIRS as we had our Mother with us who is is not able to climb stairs. 2 steps maybe fine but the unit that was given to us had 9 steps. On the website , a person cannot really verify the entry into the unit so we had to take the word of the agent my brother in law dealt with. That already put a big dent on our planned vacation once we arrived. Contact was made on the management but the suggestion they made was unbelievable where we are are supposed to pay an extra $400 more to move (on the 3rd night) WHICH WE TURNED DOWN. Our mother had to stay in the unit during the whole vacation with 1 adult always staying with her. The instructions was very clear. We needed an accessible unit. Why was this NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH. This is Canada. Nothing like this should ever happen again. Everybody should be treated with HONESTY.

Great flexibility do do your own cooking and mix it up with restaurants at the village a few minutes drive away.

We stayed at 210-3 at Le Plateau. Beautiful condo. Tons of natural light. Very well equipped kitchen even has blender, drip coffee maker, and a mixer. Beds were super comfortable and it is truly a ski in/ski out condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful area at Mt Tremblant resort.. But man what a steep hill to get there.. Iron thighs to bike it up..

Nothing fancy but its pretty decent and convenient .
