Attention, cela sent l'arnaque à plein nez si vous devez procéder à une cessation de bail ou à un renouvellement de bail. 115$ d'augmentation de loyer , deux mois après la reprise d'un nouvel appartement??? Tout va bien aller si vous êtes un futur locataire... C'est après que cela se corsera. ATTENTION!!!!!! What an abuse on the part of the manager. Be careful, it smells like a rip-off if you have to terminate a lease or renew your lease. $ 115 rent increase, two months after taking over a new apartment ??? Everything will be fine if you are a future tenant ... It will be hard after that. WARNING!!!!!!
J	J B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très cher pour ce que ça vaut. Le bloc est mal insonorisé et les travaux sont interminables. Les projets de la nouvelle piscine municipale, le centre pour personnes âgées et le Mc Donalds ont eu le temps d'être finalisés avant que le projet du Méridiem soit terminé. Et il n'y a aucun dédommagement pour les locataires alors que l'on paye un stationnement qui est inexistant. Très déçu de notre expérience. Very expensive for what it's worth. The block is poorly soundproofed and the work is endless. The projects of the new municipal swimming pool, the seniors center and Mc Donalds had time to be finalized before the Meridiem project was completed. And there is no compensation for tenants while paying for parking that is non-existent. Very disappointed with our experience.
Y	Yoan jubinville lemaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apres un an au Meridiem je ne recommande pas cette endroit voici quelques raisons 1- C’est la 3e été d’existence et la construction n’est pas encore fini 2- Le groupe de gestion dont la gestionnaire Lara sont incompétent et ils tentent par tous les moyens de vous soutirer de l’argent 3- Ils n’offrent pas tous les services mentionnés lors de la signature du bail 4- Lorsqu’on signe on se fait dire que la ville de Beloeil autorise les gens du Meridiem à se stationner dans la rue l’hiver car il n’y a pas assez de stationnement pour tous. Malheureusement plusieurs résidents ont eu des amendes cette hiver pour avoir laissé leur véhicule dans la rue. Aucun positif à mentionner sur cet endroit ! After a year at Meridiem I do not recommend this place here are some reasons 1- This is the 3rd summer of existence and construction is not yet finished 2- The management group including manager Lara are incompetent and they try by all means to extract money from you 3- They do not offer all the services mentioned when signing the lease 4- When we sign we are told that the city of Beloeil allows people of Meridiem to park on the street in winter because there is not enough parking for all. Unfortunately, several residents were fined this winter for leaving their vehicle on the street. No positive to mention on this place!

J'ai enfin rencontré et réservé en attente de recevoir mon bail le 7 avril dernier et toujours pas de réponse de sa part. Le 7 avril, Lisa-Maria me confirme par texte qu'elle me fait parvenir mon bail le 8 avril et depuis plus rien. J'appelle, je lui laisse des messages, des textos et RIEN. Maintenant, je me pose de sérieuse question sur le service à la clientèle. Elle me dit qu'elle est en charge de tous les projets. WoW!!!! c'est pour cela que la mise à jour de vos sites ne se fait pas. TRÈS TRÈS DÉÇUE. S'il y a un problème au moins nous le faire savoir et non nous ignorer. Soit que vous êtes au dessous de vos affaires ou soit que votre agente incompétente n'est vraiment pas à son affaire. Elle est très jolie, mais j'en savais plus sur votre projet qu'elle, lors de ma visite et nous étions 3 à l'attendre le 7 avril. Either you are below your business or your incompetent agent is really out of her business. She is very pretty, but I knew more about your project than she did when I visited and there were 3 of us waiting for her on April 7th.
L	Lauriane Gravel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cet endroit ne mérite même un étoile mais on est obliger d'en mettre minimum une donc je l'accorde au consierge dont je n'ai rien a dire. cependant la gestion de l'immeuble est désastreuse. en autre, la construction de l'immeuble qui ne fini pas. salle commune qui a été bordélique tout l'été passer et inutilisable, la piscine qui n'était pas la avant août dernier, les terrasse pas construite, à peine de travaux extérieur finaliser. et oui je vous annonce que les travaux ne sont toujours pas fini, et ce, même après 3ans. les services ne sont pas donnée comme mentionné lors de la rédaction du bail, les augmentation de bail qui sont interminable et vraiment trop élever. la gestionnaire est impolie, à limite frauduleuse. bref un peu normal que chaque jour il a du monde qui déménage de cet immeuble! vous trouverez tellement mieux ailleurs, continuez vous recherche! this place does not even deserve a star but we have to put a minimum of one so I grant it to the porter, whom I have nothing to say. however the management of the building is disastrous. in other, the construction of the building which does not finish. common room which has been messy all summer and unusable, the swimming pool which was not there before last August, the terrace not built, hardly any exterior work to be finalized. and yes I am announcing to you that the work is still not finished, and this, even after 3 years. the services are not given as mentioned when drafting the lease, the lease increases which are endless and really too high. the manager is rude, bordering on fraudulent. in short, a little normal that every day there are people who move from this building! you will find so much better elsewhere, keep looking!

La piscine est plutôt une pataugeoire. Avec une centaine de logements, les propriétaires auraient pu offrir un milieu de vie beaucoup mieux. Les appartements sont très mals insonorisés. La solution des gestionnaires: porter des pantouffles. Et si vous avez le malheur d'avoir une plainte de bruit alors que vous marchez dans votre appartement le jour, les gestionnaires ne se gêneront pas de le dire à votre futur propriétaire. Mauvaise expérience et bien contente de ne plus être là! The apartments are way overpriced. In addition, there is a lack of parking spaces and you have to pay an exorbitant price to have a space. The pool is more of a paddling pool. With a hundred housing units, the owners could have offered a much better living environment. The apartments are very poorly soundproofed. The managers' solution: wear slippers. And if you are unfortunate enough to have a noise complaint as you walk into your apartment during the day, managers will not hesitate to tell your future landlord. Bad experience and happy not to be there anymore!
S	Steph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’accorde cette étoile au couple de concierge sur lesquels je n’ai rien à dire pour leur service incroyable malgré l’horrible gestion, autrement j’aurais espéré une option zéro étoile. Tout est beau du moment que tu te renseignes sur le projet et la visite/signature du bail jusqu’au déménagement. Après viens l’enfer, gestionnaire impossible à rejoindre et peu humaine, changement de gestionnaire à chaque quelques semaines/mois (???), mauvaise insonorisation (voisin qui cogne au mur à 8h le soir parce que la télévision dérange??!), prix exorbitants pour la moitié des services offerts, piscine qui se trouve à être une barboteuse.. Au moment de signer le bail on vous informe qu’il n’y a pas suffisamment d’espace de stationnement pour tout les locataires mais que le stationnement en face de l’immeuble/dans la rue est autorisé (résultat: une dizaine de ticket de parking durant l’hiver), problème constant de porte de garage, plus de 2 mois suite à la fin du bail pour récupérer le dépôt remis à la signature (et ce parce que j’ai insisté, sinon je l’aurais jamais récupéré)... bref, à éviter! I give this star to the concierge couple whom I have nothing to say about for their incredible service despite the horrible management, otherwise I would have hoped for a zero star option. Everything is fine as long as you find out about the project and the visit / signing of the lease until the move. Then come hell, manager impossible to reach and not very human, change of manager every few weeks / month (???), poor soundproofing (neighbor banging on the wall at 8 o'clock in the evening because the television disturbs ??!) , exorbitant prices for half of the services offered, swimming pool which happens to be a wading pool. When signing the lease, you are informed that there is not enough parking space for all tenants but that parking in front of the building / in the street is authorized (result: ten tickets parking space during the winter), constant garage door problem, more than 2 months after the end of the lease to recover the deposit given for signature (and this because I insisted, otherwise I would never have recovered it ) ... in short, to avoid!

Je recommande fortement le Méridiem ! Very nice experience for us. The manager is very helpful, very good communication. Lots of storage and space for a 5 1/2! I highly recommend the Méridiem!
