★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an exceptional place to live. Clean luxurious and no smoke smell from cigarettes or marijuana. It is also very quiet and the people that work for the condominium are exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have been staying here for 3+ years now. the management is excellent with updates and planned maintenance. there hasn't been any instance of inconvenience due to poor management ever. highly recommend for someone looking for a convenient place to live close to nature and major retail outlets and grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful rental apartment near metro Angrignon. Quiet, clean, pet-friendly and well-maintained building. Very good neighbors and hard working manager and concierge in this building. Close to public transit, parks, schools, and even the huge Angrignon shopping mall. My family made great memories while living in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful condo! Very clean, well-maintained, and seems to be very well structured as well. The manager, conceirge are very professional and kind. The condo's location is even amazing. Close to the metro and all the major shopping amenities. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific building, very clean and quiet. I enjoyed having Parc Angrignon right across the street along with 2 major bike paths that take you far. Carrefour Angrignon is a 2 minute drive or you can walk there on a nice day.
Allows small pets, has indoor parking and a small locker. Overall has been terrific.
