 Quality private transition center for convalescents, member of the Arbec Group. Also contracted private CHSLD. The food is excellent !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sécurisé, pour l'entrée ainsi que pour la sortie. Les corridors sont larges permettant facilement la circulation des fauteuils. Les chambres sont très grandes. Personnel bien sympathique et professionnel.
Secure, for entry as well as for exit. The corridors are wide allowing easy movement of seats. The bedrooms are very large. Very friendly and professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déçu de l''endroit .Difficile d'avoir un suivi vu le roulement et manque du personnel. Celà affecte les soins et le suivi proposé par la physio.
La communication avec la direction est difficile. Seulement deux douches en 5 semaines au lieu d'une fois par semaine comme prévu c'est inconcevable. Pas du tout l'idée qu'on c'était fait de la résidence malheureusement.
Disappointed with the place. Difficult to have a follow-up given the turnover and lack of staff. This affects the care and follow-up offered by the physio.
Communication with management is difficult. Only two showers in 5 weeks instead of once a week as planned, it's inconceivable. Not at all the idea that we had made of the residence unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services infirmier impeccable merci à cette équipe mais les préposé au bénéficiaire sont du privée, certain parle à peine français, pour les régulier ils sont de la misère à fournir car il sont en sous effectif. D’ailleurs le lit d’hôpital ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée et malgré la demande de réparation fait a mon arrivé il n’a pas été réparer durant l’entièreté de mon séjour (3 mois) l’entretien ménager a de la difficulté et tourne les coin rond. Bref, pour le peu d’employer qui donne leur 120% une grande partie ne valent pas la peine d’être considérer des employer du privé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a semi-private end of life center. The staff here during covid where amazing and professional. They made us feel welcomed and a sense of compation. The rooms are very nice and it did not feel the same as a sterile hospital would have. This is important in helping us go through this sad time.
The process to go visit was specific and very clear and we felt well guided.
Thank-you for an excelent service and for taking care of a close family treasure.
