★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La raison de mon départ est simple. Tu publicises des services d'un centre d'affaires collaboratif en lien avec la chambre de commerce, mais il n'y a rien d'un centre d'affaires. Dans les deux derniers mois, sans en aviser les locataires, tu as enlevé l'imprimante, le service de réception, la chambre de commerce a quitté la gestion, et le comble, le lave-vaisselle n'est pas fonctionnel. Tout ça sans ajuster notre loyer. De plus, depuis le début on se plaint de ton système de HVAC (c'est la climatisation en passant Ray) de piètre qualité et la mauvaise connection de cellulaires dans un supposé centre technologique

Le personnel est très bête avec ses clients.
Le loyer est dispendieux, le système d'aire est désagréable, il y a des sons constants.
Les stationnements sont beaucoup trop collés les un sur les autres.
Souvent ça rit fort, c'est le party quand on est supposer travailler dans un centre d'affaires professionnels.
L'hiver c'est mal déneigé.
Les portes sont très difficiles à ouvrir et fermer.
C'est sûre que je ne louerai plus ici.
Très décevant je ne m'attendais pas à cela
I regret to have rent here,
The staff is very silly with its guests.
The rent is expensive, the system of area is unpleasant, there are constant sounds.
