D	Daniel Touchette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un beau restaurant, mais les propriétaires auraient dû rester traiteurs et non restaurateurs, car le service est une vraie farce, nous sommes allez un jeudi pour un 5 à 7, arrivé à 16h45 la porte était barrée, on a attendu avec un autre groupe à côté de nous au gros soleil à 32 degrés patiemment, les fenêtres étaient ouvertes et le personnel se promenait et personne ne nous saluait, finalement, un des propriétaires est arrivé a débarré la porte et s’est empressé de la barré derrière lui, il était 16h59 et 36 sec. On se croyait à la banque. L'autre groupe est finalement parti, nous on a attendu et un autre des propriétaires a finalement ouvert la porte, mais ne nous a pas laissé entrer, il sortait son podium et ses trucs, il ne nous a JAMAIS salués, il nous a complètent ignoré et il avait une face de B&?%; on a donc décidé d'aller ailleurs (ce n'est pas les restaurants qui manquent), mais j'ai pris la peine d’aller le voir pour lui dire qu'il a un beau restaurant et qu'il y gagnerait a améliorer l’accueil de ses clients, sa réponse : «QUOI? QUOI?». Ça dit tout. A nice restaurant, but the owners should have remained caterers and non-restaurateurs, because the service is a real joke, we are going on a Thursday for a 5 to 7, arrived at 16:45 the door was blocked, we waited with another group to next to us in the big sun at 32 degrees patiently, the windows were open and the staff was walking around and no one was greeting us, finally, one of the owners arrived has unlocked the door and hurried from behind him, he was 16h59 and 36 sec. Toutefois, il serait apprécié que le menu évolue un peu pour les fidèles clients : ) J'ai été très surpris de la disponibilité de ce traiteur pour la période des Fêtes! Chapeau! Longue vie à votre entreprise qui bénéficie d'une belle renommée! Certainly one of the best caterers in Trois-Rivières!
