★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always loved going to le bled and I think I've been there at least 4-5 times but lately I've been disappointed. I always support black business but last time I ordered the grilled tilapia with plantains and atieke on uber eats and was more than angry. the fish was entirely burned (you should never have served it), tasteless and very dried. the plantains were undercooked.
Please do something about the food because I really love going to your restaurant.
UPDATE:
I’ve ordered again and this time the fish was perfect. It was fresh, tasty and well seasoned. I also had the samosas and they were delicious. This is the the kind of good food I was used to at Le Bled. Keep going

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best african food I have ever had. I came in the restaurant not too sure, but the staff made sure that I would not leave unsatisfied. The food was excellent for an affordable price and the wait time is short. Hidden gem in Montreal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced. I feel that there is potential but there is neglect from the managers/owners. My plate barely had any meat and it was all bones. The flavour was there but the protein was lacking. The peanut dish had 3 pieces of meat... like it costs $14 for 3 meat cube pieces. The other dish meat was disgusting. You can even see that they were hiding it with the onions. Trust me the highlight was the onions. They dont have a student discount nor 20% off on certain dates, they wont honour anything.

All of us enjoyed our plates immensely. The goat was so flavorful and delicious. Our waitress and the entire staff were friendly and top notch.
