G	Glen Hoban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More-or-less (but sometimes less) competent service on the whole, and I did not have to keep detailed records - just submit my receipts and so on, & that was nice - but the social ineptness of the owner, the occasional incompetence of the staff, the inconsistent communication (I had called them with a question that they could not answer at the time; I was told to call back a week later. TWO weeks later I called them back with the same question and that time they had an answer, but had not called me because 'they didn't have time' - guess they have too many clients) have made me decide to take my business elsewhere. (*The issue was something that they should have told me about when they first gave me back my return; if they had done so I would have not had to call and deal with the charmless owner and she would still have my business. Tsk!) If you don't mind an accountant with minimal social skills, who behaves unprofessionally (I paid them to prepare my income tax, and for the price I was charged they DARN WELL can make time to call their clients! It was unprofessional of the owner to give me that response) some bad staff (who lose information and then call you for it) and so on, I see other positive reviews, but I have been with them over 5, maybe even 10 years and I have had enough. I

This year, even though they said they could do the job and took my files, it's been almost 4 months. They keep making promises of delivery but always find something to delay. Today I asked for my files back but they refused. Is that even legal? There was no apology, just another week's delay. A positive thing was they didn't use Covid-19 as an excuse for anything.
