You can tell that she loves helping people feel confident, and she even zapped a few strays that were outside of the contracted area, free of charge! I have always found the receptionist staff to be very friendly and warm as well, and would 100% recommend LCI to anyone!

I was skeptical of the procedure because some machines aren't safe for darker skin tones, but Cristina thoroughly explained the process to me and how the Nd:YAG machine works when treating me. She's incredibly kind and easy to work with and it's made the process easy and comfortable. The receptionists are really nice and welcoming, too. Totally recommend Cristina and her team to anyone who's looking to get laser hair removal!

I got a package of IPL facial treatments and also a couple laser treatments for burst capillaries. I am so happy with the results! Christina was awesome and informative and she also recommended some skin care products that have really been helping my skin. My skin looks way better and the big red spots have cleared up. Definitely recommend!

I genuinely look forward to seeing her. Although the treatment itself is not especially painful, I have a low tolerance for pain. knowing this, Cristina took extra care of me to make sure I was comfortable. The clinic can accommodate a wide range of skin shades, which is helpful if you are prone to getting darker over the summer or tan in general. I saw immediate results.
