Best Campground in Canada

B	Becky Myers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stayed here for a week and it was so awesome! This family run campground is super clean and quiet. Best showers I have ever seen at a campground. The room service was next level! Order off their website (they have free wifi) and they bring supplies to your site within 30 mins! They have boat, kayak and paddle board rentals which was perfect! Thank you Jon and Charisma for the hospitality and thank you Kevin for the magic tricks, laughs and awesome service! We’ll be back:). Oh and the fishing is incredible!
S	Sharri Carr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just left Lazy Rock yesterday. We stayed in a very large pull through site that more than accommodated our 36 ft. Motorhome and car on our tow dolly (which made us about 54 ft). Just to let everyone know there are some sites there for big rigs and you should check this place out. My husband is the more chatty one and loved chatting it up with Johnathan (one of the owners). He was very friendly and you could see he cared that you were enjoying your stay there. I must say we stayed at many campgrounds and we loved it here (not to mention it rained most of the time we were there and still enjoyed it). Good drainage on the site we were on (important information for the big rigs out there). Unfortunately because of the rain we never got to use all the amenities they offer...like their rental boats oh well we will definitely be back. Oh yeah I have to mention loved the room service amenities and Kevin and his entertainment! So happy we went here for a week! We would have stayed longer but unfortunately one of us had to get back to work...me ?

My boyfriend and I stopped at this charming campground almost 5 years ago when they were starting up; since then we go back here at least once every summer. The owners, Johnathan and Charisma are lovely hosts who will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Located on the shores of a Taggart lake, this campground has beautiful campsites spaced out along the water. The fishing is fabulous and they offer boat rentals for a fairly cheap price. The bathrooms are brand new and are immaculately clean! I never thought I would look forward to taking a shower at a campground until I stayed at lazy rock. I can’t wait to make some more memories here in the summers to come.

This small, family run campground has lakeside sites, the most spectacular views, a pet friendly beach, swimming and boat rentals at a very fair cost. The washrooms & showers are very clean. The room service was fantastic! Everything you need is brought to your campsite within 30 minutes! Thank you Jon, Charisma for making our stay so comfortable and Kevin…thank you for all the laughs and for making it so much fun! I highly recommend this place, it was well worth the 4 1/2 hour drive! We will be back!

This campground is located on a beautiful lake and had everything we were looking for: large RV campsites, a quiet nature setting for recharging, a swimmable lake, great facilities (showers were awesome), and a welcoming host that was very helpful throughout our stay! They offer room service so you can get anything delivered straight to your RV or tent! Whether you're just passing through or looking for a great local spot to enjoy the scenery, this place won't disappoint. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The lake is spectacular with great fishing. The bathrooms and showers are the best you will ever encounter in a campground! We are avid provincial park campers but we make it a point to stay here a few times a year since our first visit as it is the BEST private campground out there, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Charisma, John and your team for making Lazy Rock such an amazing spot!
