D	Doug Maitland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just picked up our new trailer and we were very impressed with the delivery staff who helped us. The park itself has a nice beach and there are boat slips available. The sites are smaller and there is no forest in the park to explore but the water access makes up for it.
R	Ryan Kernan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rates go up. The season gets shorter. COVID took away all amenities and shortened 2 seasons yet yearly rates continue to climb. Management tends to have it's favorite people and ignore others. Also I'd like to mention that when I approached the owner/Management about my missing boat trailer (from the park) I was shrugged off and told to "have a nice day, sir." Had a seasonal site for.3 season. Some of my best memories of the park are leaving it.
A	Anissah Durrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ok, at night some trailers get really loud partying at 11:00pm and keeps my family and I awake, people there are really kind. Not the best place but not the worst. It would be a lot better if they opened the pool and the washrooms. We are the only trailer park that is still pretty much fully closed. All you can really do is go to the boring park, go to the beach ( which is covered in goose poop ) and hang around your trailer. Usually there are kids to play with but because almost nothing is open, they sold or because of money issues they sold so there really is nothing to do.
F	Fletcher Electronics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked up our trailer almost a month of purchasing waiting for it to be prepped... the young guy doing the walk around started at the jack only to find out the battery was dead, he then tried the light on the jack and it didn't work, he said it's just a bulb he would get one while we look around, he did not and now one concern is will the battery hold a charge. We asked if the trailer had been cleaned because it was obviously not, he said yes as we looked around there is finger prints on the ceiling, dirt on the floor, bathroom ceiling vent fan is almost plugged completely with dirt. The windows are covered in dirt and fingerprints. They setup our hitch for us which was very nice but because they did, I never noticed that the insulation casing at the 7 way plug is broke all around. This was definitely disappointing having waited for a month for a trailer that was never prepped properly and begs the question was everything else checked? It is very frustrating and having to wait that long only to find a dirty trailer with a dead battery was really frustrating. On an added note the day after we got home, I decided to hook up my solar panel, so I grabbed my multi meter to check polarity only to find there was no voltage due to a blown fuse that was obviously never checked.

For almost 18 years now this place has been a huge part of my life, and it’s the only place where I’m truly happy. Layzee Acres is my favourite place on Earth and I couldn’t imagine my life without it :))

The sales process was good and communication with the salesman after providing the deposit was prompt and professional. When the trailer arrived at the dealership the inspection was performed outside in freezing temperatures limiting the ability to test the a/c or any plumbing. Also, found the walkthrough with the technician very limited. He pointed out only the obvious items readily visible to him. Delivery of the trailer was smooth and courteous. The associate performing the delivery was very helpful with any questions left hanging from the inspection. Overall, our trailer purchase experience with Lazy Acres was a good one. Hoping we will be able to say the same for the service experience when the time comes.
