★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Tsimshian? Lax kw'alaams is my home town, but I live in Prince Rupert with my spouse and 2 young daughters? Whenever I go home to visit my mom, the ferry is what we use to get there...? Pretty much the only way to get there, can't use planes anymore because our plane dock is condemned, plane fares r pretty pricey anyway.... Takes 40 mins from Rupert to trucks inlet, then another 15-20 mins by vehicle from tucks to Laxkw'aalaams ? The ferry crew are very friendly, it is a short ride than what it used to be... My mother Hazel Sankey also works for the ferry, she takes names for the ferry, even walk ons have to book their names..?
