C	Coleen Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote and did not receive one. Called and the person answering the phone was unhelpful and I got the feeling my call annoyed her. Very rigid on delivery. Earliest date for delivery was well over a week when they advertise within a week. No delivery Friday or Saturday at all even though those were the only days we had to instal it. Was told it had to be laid same day as delivery so too bad for me needing a Friday or Saturday. She apparently had no access to a calculator when I asked for a total cost with tax and delivery.
M	Melanie Stephens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a quote for delivery of sod, quote included delivery fee. To our surprise, the delivery fee was higher than quoted when the sod was delivered. We called and asked them to honour their quote (which we had in writing) and were told not a chance, “whoever quoted that to you made a mistake, I’m the owner, I should know” Well the person who gave us the quote was the owner. Won’t be doing business with them again.
M	Morgan Roney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My turf is installed and looks beautiful. For that I gave three stars, however that is being very generous given or poor experience. 1. My turf installer said it was the worst turf they have worked with in a long time. A lot was broken, had holes, and was too dry. 2. They did not deliver on the day we had agreed. They did not express any care at all that we had a team scheduled to install it on the day we had agreed. The same person who told me we had to get the turf installed the same day it was delivered changed their story and said it could sit multiple days when it turned out they weren't going to deliver on the agreed day. 3. The person who sets up the orders on the phone is condescending and contrary. 4. They won't communicate with email and demand it is all done over the phone. Because of this they are usually on the phone when you call so it goes to voicemail. They return your voice mail once, and if you don't answer they never try again. Therefor you have to call and leave another voicemail and on goes the endless loop. It's unfortunate they insist on only taking orders over the phone since with email it's all in writing and they can have prepared responses with helpful information. Not to mention they could handle a lot more conversations per day.

Other than one return voicemail with no answers to our questions, we've managed zero contact. Today I drove out to hopefully find an "easy and hassle free" (their website) exchange to leave with a small amount of sod, but it turned out to be a waste of time and fuel. Booking at least a month out, no product available for local sale, and the only solution offered was to pick up retail at our local home depot (Friday mornings, for those of you who also couldn't get a return call). All information that could have been given..... Wait for it..... Over the phone. Or a frequently asked questions section, or an updated voicemail message, or via email...

C	Cindy G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sod was delivered burnt. Poor customer service, want me to pick up replacements two hours away, when I paid for delivery. I have a car, how do I pick up in a car, hence why I had it delivered. Will never deal with this company ever again!
